7-day refund

If you are not satisfied with any product you purchased, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

How to request

Email support@convertlabdigital.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number or purchase date. No justification is required.

Processing

We confirm your request, usually within 2 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. The time for it to appear depends on your bank or card issuer (often 5–10 business days).

Each product separately

Each product is a separate purchase with its own 7-day window.

After 7 days

Requests after 7 days are not normally eligible, except where required by applicable consumer law.
